after a week of hard work and two busy dinner services valentines is over. and this is what i made. (starting in the top left corner and going clockwise) chocolate/strawberry mouse bomb with strawberry pink peppercorn sauce orb. chocolate covered strawberries (not my choice). macaroon with rose buttercream with raspberries. lavender creme brulee wrapped in white wine poached pears on an orange scented cookie. and a pistachio meringue with chocolate covered cherry ice cream with cherry foam.
